01 · Common Problems
Air Conditioning problems we solve
Your system is aging
An air conditioner past the 10–15 year mark costs more to run and repair than a new, efficient unit would.
Frequent breakdowns
If you're calling for repairs every season, those costs add up fast toward the price of a replacement.
Rising energy bills
An older, inefficient system works harder to cool the same space — and your power bill shows it.
Wrong-size equipment
A system that's too big or too small short-cycles and never dehumidifies. We size replacements correctly for your home.
